👯 Each package includes:
All materials for the master class, each participant will be able to make 1big or 2 small jesmonite products, packaging for the products is also included)
(after the master class you will immediately take the finished product home, Jesmonite hardens 20-40 minutes)
During the event we will offer your guests alcoholic or alcohol-free drinks, light snacks, and to make the event memorable for a long time during the evening we will take 10 Polaroid photos for you, which you will take away with you. 😊

The event lasts 3-3.5 hours
(an extra hour costs 30€ and goes personally to the host of the event)

6 people - 370€ (this is our minimum package for a private event)
7 people - 420€
8 people - 470€
9 people - 520€
10 people - 560€
11 people - 600€

(Unfortunately this is the maximum number of people for the master class on creation of decor. But our second studio Lovepaint.eu can accommodate up to 20 people, so if you want a big event in the second studio, please contact us).

Snacks (3 kinds of cheese, different fruits and berries, olives, popcorn and a plate of our specialty snack of Savoyardi cookies with goat cheese, honey and nuts)

Alcohol (White wine Pino Gridgio / Rose wine / Cava brut/ Non-alcohol Prosecco
- All Freixenet branded drinks; 1 bottle per 2 people.
+ non-alcoholic drinks (water with lemon and tea/coffee for your birthday cake)

If someone doesn't drink - we also have non-alcoholic Prosecco 😊

1. Can you bring your own food/alcohol - yes, you can bring extra drinks and snacks) Also for companies of 8 people or more we can remove your snacks and drinks and make a 40€ discount in return.

2. Do you have dishes? - Yes, we have a refrigerator and a full set of dishes for 12 people. Alcohol glasses, serving plates, tea/coffee cups, water glasses, forks/spoons/knives/cake spatulas/corkscrews.

3.Is it possible to come early/get something in advance? -It is not possible to get something in advance as the host comes to the studio 1-1,5 hours before the event, no one is in the studio earlier.
To come early-yes, the organizers can come 20/25 minutes earlier, the guests let them come in time).

4. Studio decoration - yes, you can bring balloons or something else to decorate the studio for your event. You can anything that is cleaned up afterwards not by our host 😅

5. Do you have any vases? - Yes, we have 4 vases.

6. Do you need a change of shoes- in our studio you will need to change into slippers or your own change of shoes

7. Is it cold in the studio - no, the studio is warm).

Behind our building there is a free parking lot for guests - we have 3 spaces there - you can enter it through the barrier at the hotel (say that you are in the next building) or by driving around from the other side directly to the parking lot of our building.
There is also a Kesklin parking lot next to the studio.

We book a date for your event only after the prepayment (70€).
Once your booking is confirmed, we do not give your date to anyone.

The date of your event can be rescheduled without loss of prepayment 2 weeks before the master class.
If there are less than 14 days left before the event, the prepayment is not refundable



Amount of guests- confirmation
After making a prepayment, we reserve a date for you with an approximate number of participants, and 7 days in advance we write to confirm the final number of participants.

If for some reason one of the guests cannot come, this must be reported 3 days before the event. Otherwise, we will not be able to change the package.

But of course, all calculated materials, snacks and drinks can be used and divided among guests 😊
